Resumen

El objetivo de esta investigación fue desarrollar un componente gerencial para la gestión de membresías en una Iglesia Cristiana ubicada en la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias. La metodología se tipificó cualitativa y aplicada, con diseño investigación-acción y enfoque práctico, donde se aplicó la metodología Web 2.0 Knowledge Management (W2KM) para desarrollar el sistema de información gerencial. Como resultado se obtuvo que los visitantes asisten a la iglesia principalmente por motivos de restauración, necesidad espiritual, sanidad espiritual, sanidad mental, soledad, sanidad física y drogadicción. Se concluyó que el desarrollo del sistema de información gerencial facilita la toma de decisiones estratégicas que fortalecen y optimizan los procesos de negocios de la organización cristiana y mejora el cumplimiento sus objetivos como iglesia.
